The U haul return process is a joke. What if I didn't have a smart phone how are you supposed to return a truck. Nothing against the storage facility. Also there is no signage on what to do.

Garbage management at this facility. They’ve raised prices 3 times in a year, and the management team is full of incompetent idiots.
