“I purchased a wash package online and had a problem when I went to go redeem it at the store. The QR code wouldn't read. The first employee seemed to get it taken care of and I got my first wash, but when I went for my second wash the bar code they put on my windshield didn't work. The worker helped me and got got everything figured out. He was extremely helpful. I was told later when I registered my wife's vehicle that his name was Isaac. He has excellent customer service skills and deserves to be recognized for it. He didn't let me leave until he fixed my membership. If I have his name wrong, he was working on Saturday February 10th at around 11am out in the booth. He was the Latino man that helped the guy with the Toyota Venza. He'll remember my situation.”
