I order some signs and never got a tracking number or anything saying they were shipped. I called and sent emails and never heard a word from them. their customer service is very very poor. will not never use them again

I can't believe a store like this exists in the middle of the city. It smells like my grandma's cabin did when I was a little kid, and they even have their own line of wool clothing. They're cheaper than REI and infinitely closer, and the guy behind the counter even took the time to teach me things I never knew about wool.

Tradition Creek is my new outdoor gear headquarters! The atmosphere of the store alone shows how dedicated the staff there is to providing the best camping supplies around. My first purchase was a pair of trail running shoes, which I love, and the team member who helped me was very knowledgeable about the product. I've got my eye on a brand new Tradition Creek coat too! All in all, I'm really looking forward to doing some more shopping at my new favorite outdoor store.
