I have known Tonya for a while now but just went to get my hair done by her for the first time. Not only is she an amazing hairdresser but she is an amazing person with an amazing soul! I had a much-needed haircut and color today at Shear Effects and Tonya was awesome! making an appointment was very easy. When I got there I showed her a few pictures and she went right to work. I got EXACTLY what I wanted. She was fun to chat with and by the time I left, I felt like I had been going there for years. Thank you Tonya!
