We were so happy that we chose Mi-Box for our move. Jon and his team were more than accommodating and were a major factor in making our move run smoothly. Jon’s flexibility and willingness to make changes and work with our time schedule helped to reduce the stress and anxiety that comes with moving. Driver Gary was impressive with his skill and precision when placing the storage units. He always had a smile on his face, even when working during the hottest days of the summer. I utilized their services for my move. From start to finish they kept me up to date on everything. I just unloaded my box yesterday and was a little concerned that maybe some stuff may have broke in transit.
To my surprise, everything was exactly the way I packed it. They took such good care of my items.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving pod and storage. Great prices!

I highly recommend mi-box! We worked with Jon out of the Chaska/Victoria area and he was fantastic. From the initial inquiry through the 9 months we had our boxes with them, and then the final drop off- he was great with communication, easy to work with and trustworthy! I loved working with a local company vs some of the national owned competitors. The pricing was good too- but the confidence I had knowing our stuff was in good hands was worth it!

Amazing customer service & attention to details.Answered all of my questions & helpful with all of my needs. I had already ordered a moving container from another company previously- I will say easily that MI-Box has better prices, customer service & quality of the container. You can’t go wrong! Jon and his team with MI-Box provided top notch service for us for our move. From start to finish (including picking up one container and bringing us another with short notice!) they were professional and very responsive. The containers were delivered and placed exactly where we asked them to place them and not a single item was damaged. Skip PODS or any other container service and go with MI-Box as they are a local company - and veteran owned! Thank you again Jon!

Great customer service. I had a couple scheduling conflicts and they went out of their way to meet my needs. The product itself made moving WAY easier. It worked as a climate controlled storage unit and moving company in one which was really convenient. 10/10 experience!
