Labor cost out of hand, could buy a near new good snowblower for what Lano charged me for repair. doesn't say much for what it cost to keep blower running, guess must be lacking a little quality and the sad part I take care of it. I have good reason to complain.

The staff?! Absolutely ALL IN; to help if your in need of assistance. (During test drive after Stang storage of 8 years) Landed in Lano Equipment parking lot with small set back. Easy gas guage repair, wrapped the issue up in quick order. For ups it was a head scratcher after the fact. Lano team was quick to professionally offer what was needed to get us chewing asphalt again. Couldn't ask for more. Spot checked; to see if anything else was needed. A 25 minute battery charge, 4 gallons of gas an it was a done deal.Strong brick and mortar for Farm /Heavy Equipment. Large land of stock in parts, many services to offer as Industry Pro's could go. They talk to a customer as if a friend stopped by. Unfiltered open minded, may add. Talk to a (jack lano) set up a date that they would have the tractor on the lot. Saturday come to look / buy it. But jack sells it to some one else the morning as I'm on my way. What a guy jack Lano. definitely not a man of his word.
