Transitioning to a new phone can be a big task but lucky us to work with someone like Nick who is genuinely kind, smart and thoughtful and goes the extra steps to make the transition a smooth process. Today he helped my Mom with a new phone. We’ve worked with one other person there, the name escapes me but also patient with us getting my Dad set up on his smart phone.

Natalie was amazing to us when we came in with a phone that was having issues with the camera and flashlight! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I even had to call her back a few days later for help and she was available and willing to help.
