Service was fast and made the process of towing our car easy. Michael was very nice and helpful. Even though it was a nonurgent call, he still got to us in under 30 minutes at 10:00 at night on a Sunday. It was the best experience we have ever had with a towing company and we will happily use them again in the future.

I have used Valley Autohaus for a number of repairs on my car. Their staff is friendly and helpful and go above and beyond what I have come to expect from other mechanics and body shops. They have had minor body work, lighting changeouts and glass replacement done by them. It’s always done right and in a timely fashion. Would recommend!

We just had our car break down on Hwy 61 just north of Miesville. Valley works with our insurance carrier USAA. The driver was courteous and arrived sooner than the ETA listed on the app. Thank you for great service.

The whole crew was great. Got an emergency tow on Sunday. Operator was awesome and helpful. Left my keys in the after hours drop box with a description. Vehicle was fixed the next morning within the first couple hours. At pickup, the mechanic chatted with me for awhile about what may have caused the issue and what to look out for in the future. Everyone involved was kind and knowledgeable. And prices were great!
