I’m grateful for this USPS collection box. It’s my go-to on Saturday’s when I’ve forgotten to mail something. As of 12/3/22, the Saturday collection time is 3:15 PM.

They have absolutely fantastic customer service here. I was once heading out on vacation, and had a package which I needed beforehand. Since I had to leave early in the day, they actually grabbed it for me, and held it at the warehouse, so I didn't have to wait for the delivery truck to make its way to my house. Even though this obviously was extra work for them, they never made it feel like I was imposing on them.

Rarely do you find a US Postal Office with a Post Master who is as friendly and accessible as I have found in Northfield. When I had a question about a package that was important to me and that was needed to arrive at a certain time, he stopped and helped me without giving me the "quick" answer. Customer Service just isn't something that is as "automatically" included anymore, it is refreshing.
