“Toby was my angel in disguise. I was in the middle of a ‘storm’ with moving, remodeling, and closing on a home. Toby had not only got my (loaner) car running, he went above and beyond to try to offer to help me if I had another issue with my car. After Toby started my car, I let it run for an hour, but it wouldn’t start again. I called AAA, but after waiting for hours with no scheduled service at 1:00 AM, I called Toby and he offered to come back when he was done with another call. He was amazing, kind, helpful, and understanding of my situation. Not many people are so kind as to go out-of their way and do more than what the minimum job requirements are. Toby followed up the next day to check on how the car was running and to let him know if he could be of any help. He made me feel like I was more than just a customer, but a family member who was compassionate, understanding, and willing to help me in the future if needed.
