Taylor Truckline is the best company I worked for during the 24 years of an awesome driving career. A very well family owned company in which Rob Taylor and the whole crew made you feel like part of the family yourself. There's an incredibly comfortable dispatch and office environment. I had the plan of working there until my retirement, and sincerelywish the option was still on the table, but a previous injury pulled me out much sooner. Rob Taylor is an amazing owner, and employer, and everyone should feel lucky to work for a family like them.
I can personally state that after two terms of operating as an owner operator for Taylor Truckline, and finally as a company driver that if any driver has a negative comment about Rob Taylor, or Taylor Truckline that it is obviously some incident that driver brought upon themselves that brought out their disgruntled, personal opinion.

I was here as a driver for 7.5 years. I had to leave due to personal reasons. However, those reasons have been resolved and they have welcomed me back! Lots of hugs and welcome back! I say I came back home!! Orientation is easy and, I can't wait to get back to work!!! My fleet manager Tina is ready to get me back out there!!!!

Run far run fast, hands down the worst orientation experience I have ever had. Rude, snappy, disrespectful people. Ask a simple question they snap at you for the audacity of asking a simple question. They also do not pay you for orientation or travel expenses. They also will tell you exactly what you want to hear over the phone but you will wait a few days to get a straight answer in person that will be very different depending on what individual tells you. The maintenance manager is a joke, extremely rude and full of himself he will talk down to the whole group while making racist jokes and impressions about group members. Trucks that we seen are filthy truly disgusting non compliant trucks that should not be on the road. Hope no one else is unfortunate enough to have dealt with this company.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Booked a load with Randy and driver got there and load was for 14 pallets instead of the 13 broker contracted. It would not fit in my straight truck as I can only carry 13 pallets. I informed Randy the broker he then lies and says its only 13 pallets and my truck is too small. I call back with the shipper to confirm the 14 pallets. The shipper confirms 14 pallets and Randy hangs up the phone and refused to pay TONU. The shipper then explains that they are contracted with Ch Robinson for the load and not Taylor Logistics, so double brokered. Reporting to FMCSA under new rule.

I had an idea of working there until I was forced into retirement, but an injury pulled me out much sooner. Rob Taylor is an amazing employer, and everyone should feel lucky to work for someone like him.

submit POD and invoice 3 times all ready.Taylor Log keep saying please send POD and not responding back receive or notLoad was completed 8.02.23I do not recommend this company for carriers to do bossiness with.Poor payment !!!!
