We had a leaky windshield. They looked at it promptly and scheduled it in to be fixed
We are the second owners of the truck. The first owner had the windshield put in 2 years ago. They didn't charge us for resealing the windshield.

Great experience all around for my windshield replacement. I had a chip that conveniently turned into a good sized crack right before a week of full day off-site meetings for work. They fit me in quickly, took care of all of the insurance details, and let me use a loaner. And shout out to Kay for being so accommodating, especially considering I had to call back multiple times to work around my hectic work schedule.

Under new ownership since last time I purchased glass at Polzin. Everything went great. Service over the phone and in the shop were first rate and the glass was finished to my specifications.

Great shop! They were able to get me in quickly and the repairs were completed faster than expected. I’m fully satisfied!UPDATE: The side window I had replaced 8 months ago is still working great and I recently had Polzin replace a windshield as well. Quick and organized calls with insurance. Accidentally left me phone in the vehicle and nobody messed with it. Staff kindly told a different driver about an unrelated antifreeze leak they had.
