Parked here for the morning and go inside to see about getting in line for a shower and the lady at the counter tells me and another driver trying to get a shower that the maintenance guy that cleans the showers is asleep in his car and she doesn’t know when a shower will open up why are y’all paying someone to come to work and sleep in their car so no shower for us this morning till next shift comes in I guess

Terrible terrible truck stop. Well it looks big. They literally only had one type of sandwich and no donuts whatsoever. I didn't even see a display case for donuts. Overall they got boiled eggs, yogurt and then a bunch of processed chips and snacks. Do not come here. Looking for a meal or something to grab and eat.

I went inside the men's bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face ,the water smell8ng not good ,it feels like rotten eggs. Sulfur smell, I asked the front desk if they are making coffee and other soda from it ,she said Yes ,all coffee and hot beverages are made using this water unfortunately. Be careful fellow travelers

Worst truck stop I’ve been to. The subway was closed (seemingly for a while) and there were limited hot food options there was fried chicken that looked like it was sat there for 3 days.
Also the gas pump refused to take my reward card and cost me extra money for gas. Don’t stop here keep driving.

The absolute worst truck stop i have ever been to in the lower 48. Showers were absolutely disgusting with some sort of mold growing everywhere and smelling like a sewer, employees just chilling behind the counter playing on thier phones, shelves half empty no stock. This place needs turned into the department of health and everything and get shut down. I will never stop at this location ever again. Absolute disgusting

Booked a shower there and the water was stinky as hell. And the answer was that they use well water maybe without treatment or filteration. Showers are poorly maintained. Don’t get your mood screwed up and waste your money & time.

Pumps offer credit or debit but don't let you use a debit card as credit. Rule #2 of debit cards is never use debit at a pump. And of course, no paper for receipts for me or the lady at the next pump. Half the pumps don't even work.

Pepole weit in line for shower ,he siting on massage chair and “chill”.
When we ask him to clean 2 shower room , he get upset and start arguing with us ….

Bathrooms were clean, shelves were bare, soda cups were out of stock, subway was closed at 3pm. Only reason i stopped was needing a meal and i left with 2 sticks of beef jerky and a bottle of soda, glad i didnt end up finding one of their jam packed apots to back into or id be more disappointed at the wasted backing maneuver

The last time I had stopped here was 3 years ago. It hasn’t improved at all. No sit down restaurant back in 2021, only subway. Now, no subway. Just the hot bar. Water is still sulpher smelling. Showers are small and in need of renovation from the water destroying the fixtures. This whole location could use a remodel. Parking lot, pumps and all.

Bad customer service.They even don’t know that showers are vacant so that they clean them, waiting from last 30 min, all showers are empty and no body cleaning them for next customers and this is in the morning 8 am
