I recently purchased a vehicle and Cameron Myles was the one to help me. It was a quick and easy process. Leaving the dealership with the Jeep I've always wanted.

I came to Northfield Automotive because I was in need of a vehicle. I don't know a whole lot about vehicles. I parked my wife's Jeep and I didn't even need to go inside. I was greeted by Cameron. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn't pushy at all. He simply asked me a few screening questions. He knew my budget. And he paired me with the perfect vehicle with ease. He made my car buying experience very easy and stress free. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. Thank you Cameron Myles for your Professionalism. We will continue to come back just because of you.

My Audi Q5 met a deer and the vehicle was totaled. I needed a car fast as I no longer had one to drive. I decided to finally look for my dream vehicle.....a Jeep Wrangler. I looked at a couple of Jeep dealerships in the Twin Cities only to get a runaround on pricing. I reached out to Devin Womack at Northfield Automotive and even though he didn't have the Jeep I wanted, he was able to locate one for me at another dealership, and had it sent over to Northfield Auto. Not only did I get the best price, but I also got awesome customer service from Devin, my salesman, and his finance team. If you want great service, with a knowledgeable salesperson, give Devin a call or stop in as he won't disappoint.

If you're in the market for a Ram truck, check out Northfield Auto. Devin, a knowledgeable and professional young man, is well-versed in all aspects of these vehicles. He allowed me to test drive a V8 Ram truck and thoroughly explained its features. For expert advice on Ram trucks, be sure to ask for Devin W.

I went here looking for a truck they had on the lot. I drove over an hour to look at and test drive the vehicle. I liked the truck and put down $1,000 dollar non refundable deposit. I had some issues with financing and could not go home with the truck that day. I got my financing figured out and called them back and they said everything was good to go that I could come get the truck. So I got about half way to the dealership and they called me back and informed me that another salesman had already sold the truck. So I asked what they can do for me then about the deposit that I put down on the truck and told me I could not get the deposit back even though they sold the truck I put money down on and said I could use it for another vehicle. I don’t want another vehicle from them I want my money back. Don’t not go here.

We just had purchased a new Electric Nissan Ariya in Burnsville a few days ago, came to Rochester for day, and on way home trying to find charging stations on the way home...couldn't find any and found a Ford dealership in Northfield. Devin saw us looking for charger and asked his manager, Jacob McQuiston, if we could charge there. Jacob was there and helped put on charging unit and told us not to worry that we could charge as long as we needed. What a breath of fresh air and willingness to help us. We so appreciate the kindness and help from Northfield Automotive and will recommend anyone in or even out of area to check them out! Stand up dealership and sales reps!

I have purchased my last few vehicles from here. I get all my service done here. They just remodeled and opened up a brand new service drive! Making coming in for service even easier and welcoming by driving right into the building, hopping out of my vehicle, and service advisor is there to meet me with a friendly smile. Highly recommend this dealership.

If I could do negative stars, I would. We went to Northfield Automotive to look at a new vehicle for our son in college. While there were several good interactions throughout our visit, the negatives seem to outweigh our experience. First the positive: the financing dept/people were wonderful to work with and the people in that department were knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, we forgot some items in the trade in car and our salesman was kind enough to drop off these items (since he’d already be in the area) rather than us making a return trip. Now for the negative: it felt from the beginning like a sales job. When speaking with the salesman on the phone my son was told they’d pay top dollar for his trade in. He got $500. [The person who test drove the vehicle came back with a ‘diagnosis’, just by sound, of all the things wrong with his current car. He didn’t even drive it off the lot, just towards the exit and back]. The salesman was constantly talking and selling—to the point where we needed to be rude and forceful to get some time to discuss our options/decision. We even debated walking away because of the constant presence of the salesman. He came along on the test drive and explained away every noise—stating his father was a mechanic and our salesman knew what all these noises were from, and what would be involved in/approximate cost of fixing due to that fact. It’s a used car. We knew we’d need to put work into it. We figured $1,000-$1,200 would be what was needed from what we heard, felt and saw on the Experian AutoCheck Report. $3,600 later, turns our salesman wasn’t as knowledgable as he portrayed. Alignment, brakes, tie rods, bushings and all new tires due to uneven wear, all of which should have been clearly noticeable to their service department (and coveyed to buyers) if they’d put it up on a rack & inspected this used car. Also, in paying for a CarFax report myself, I now see that there are 3 instances of accidents/damage to the car, not 2 as their report showed, and there is a discrepancy of approximately 30,000 miles between the reports. Another trip to the mechanic was needed to fix a cracked radiator (didn’t start leaking until a cold snap came) and to replace the blower fan—another $1,900. Don’t just walk away from this dealership —RUN away!! FAST!!
Update 2/9: Thank you for reaching out, however: ONE: Your business is more than 1 person. I do not appreciate the fact that you are laying all the blame/responsibility at our salesman’s feet. As I see it, there is plenty to go around (i.e. person who ‘diagnosed’ our son’s car by basically driving in a circle in the parking lot then offering $500–an amount typically given for cars that will go to auction for parts—for trade in value due to all issues he heard by a circle and sound alone. If this person is so knowledgeable, why wasn’t he aware of more problems with the car we purchased and why didn’t he disclose and impart his knowledge? Shouldn’t your salesmen (plural) know the product being sold?). Our salesman did a good job of making us aware that he was new and he asked questions of other salesmen working that day. As I stated above, we knew it was a used car and that we’d need to do work on it. We weren’t expecting perfection. Just honesty and a fair business dealing from everyone we dealt with at your organization.
TWO: someone from your organization already called. This salesman tried to make it right by upselling different car options and increasing our son’s monthly payment. I’m knowledgeable enough in business models to know that any offer we are given will not cover the amount we have already put into the car we purchased to make it safe. Your organization needs to make money.
And THREE: I saw the markup that was put on our son’s trade in car that we only got $500 for. I wonder if all the problems we were told about the car—that warranted a going to auction value—were disclosed to any potential buyers. In my humble opinion, your business is only perpetuating this sketchy selling of vehicles.
