I just used Carstar for the first time. Customer service was exceptional. Eric was able to get me a very reasonable estimate quickly. I appreciated the notifications during the process so I was always informed on the progress of my repair. I would definitely recommend using their services to others.

My insurance company recommended CARSTAR. The estimate seemed high to me, but I know nothing of these matters, and it may have been low, for all l know. What I DO know is that they were very friendly and did a fantastic job in repairing my vehicle, leaving no hint that it had been in an accident.

Carstar lived up to their moto ... Relax ... we'll take it from here. Answered every question ... staff was super friendly and helpful ... met one repair person and he was wonderful so I only imagine they all are! No one wants car repair BUT if you need it ... go to the star ... Carstar!
