Honestly VERY disappointed in my haircut. I get I have thick hair as which I kept getting told. It’s like the stylist didn’t know what to do with thick hair so instead of getting the style I wanted I got MOST my hair gone and way more hair gone then wanted and not only that it just looked bad , I actually cried. I even left the pic up for her to look at the whole time. But nice person I am I tipped them but why should have I when now I have to deal with this insecurity until my hair grows out to actually get what I want ! IService: Haircut

I saw Drew for my haircut and color, and I have never been happier with a service in my entire life!!Drew absolutely transformed me into a better version of myself, and I can’t thank her and the team at Family Hair enough. I have never felt more confident with my hair, and they gave me EXACTLY what I wanted.They are incredibly knowledgeable and steered me away from what potentially could have been a disaster (because I have no idea what I’m talking about when it comes to hair).I felt welcomed and was taken care of like family.
