Called in to ask some questions about getting a modified exhaust and dude answers the phone and talks like a prick ? don’t wanna answer simple questions and laughs at customers quit if you don’t like yo job ?

Dave is very knowledgeable about his stuff. I needed new exhaust for my truck and I went with his recommendation. It sounds great, has more power and better mpg.
Hands down 10/10 workmanship and customer service.

The work done was amazing. I laughed at the reviews that said he was rude on the phone. I think America has become so soft. I grade my work on the quality, not if my FEELINGS were hurt. The quality, the after work follow up were great!! I will highly recommend to friends, family, co-workers!!

Just tried to call the guy, I was very polite and he was being rude, he said I kept cutting out but I have great service then hung up on me mid conversation. Stay away.

I call earlier today around 4ish to get a quote and tbh mot sure who is the one who answer the phone but after asking what I need a quote on the guy on the phone literally laugh on the phone and told me you sorry you don’t have money for that service and he ended the call I don’t think it was that much trouble to get a quote

Started getting bad muffler noises from my 2009 Mercedes E350 and asked the (usually very good!) dealership to fix it. After leaving it there for nearly two weeks, they threw up their hands and said they couldn't find the parts and I should look for a local, custom shop instead. Oh and did i mention that the prelim estimate was over $2K? So I found Dave at Northfield Exhaust Pros and the rest is history. It took a while to get an appointment (they're busy!!) but once I got it in, the job took him all of 4 hours and was $200. Car is back to its silent self! I cannot say enough good things about this business. If i ever need exhaust work on any vehicle, I'm just starting here!Service: Exhaust

Dave repaired my flex tube and fixed another leak in the exhaust pipe. great guy! honest with pricing, and was quite fast and efficient! he's a life saver, no more headaches from fumes while driving for me! ?p.s. listening him work from the waiting room was totally part of the experience, loved his talking to the parts ? darn cars!

Called in to get information on getting custom exhaust done and yet another company that thinks they are better than you with starting out with an attitude. I called simply to get a quote and explained I would provide all the parts and I would just need someone to weld up the new exhaust and weld on hangers and I started getting an attitude from which sounded like the owner. He must hate life and his business even more. Stay away for this business with it's poor service and take it else where. I would suggest the owner take some business classes and "learn proper etiquette". 30 years in business and yet to learn how to properly sell a job. Good luck with your business intimidation tactics.
