Their prices for treats and chewies have gone up so high I'm not buying them there anymore. Also they greatly reduced the rebate amount for being a "friend of Chuck". Not so friendly Chuck!

Chuck and dons in Northfield is my favorite place to go for pet supplies. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Megan helped me find everything I needed for my elderly cats, and loaded the food and kitty litter in my car for me! Really impressed with the customer service here.

Went there to get treats and toys for my cat the other day. Staff member Chelsea was incredible as she helped me (as a new pet owner) find the proper treats for my cat, but also helping find out which toys would work best and last long.

Thank you to the employee that took the time to listen to my concerns and help me find the right product for my 1 year old wiemer. The staff was friendly and helpful they also have a food perk to help save a few dollars in the long run.

Do not go here. I was in the Northfield location 3/25 after 5pm and found a product I was looking for for my dog. The orange sticker on the shelf (that was for my exact product) listed the price as $11.92. The blonde cashier with the nose ring had a horrible attitude. She refused to honor the price that was listed on the shelf and charged me over $15.00 for the product. She had plenty of excuses that someone was miss labeling things all over the store, it wasn't her, it shouldn't be her problem and she wasn't going to call any manager.... I will not be shopping at this or any other locations after this interaction. This place is a joke.

All of the staff is so helpful and pleasant. Patient when answering questions even if you feel it's a d*** question. We are having trouble keeping our kitten quiet after being spayed and Ashley has been an absolute Godsend. She has helped with creative solutions and suggestions. Highly recommend this store.

I was in a cat food crisis when the food didn’t arrive due to back order. On top of being out of cat food, I was in the hospital after having my baby, and the store manager, Ashley, went above and BEYOND to find me a bag of food at another store and get it to me! I always get the best costumer service at Northfield Chuck and Don’s! Neil and I thank you!
