I don't have anything personally bad to say about this place. I know a lot of people love this place! I'm not here to bash this place! I used to take my cat here. For whatever reason my cat could never fully relax. From what I can remember from 3 years ago, I could never really connect to the vets trying to take care of him. Nothing against the vets working at this place at that time. They were lovely and nice vets. They knew what they were talking about. However, they did try multiple times to relax my cat in appropriate ways. They were trying very hard to be patient. I really did like this place. There was a lot of positives about this place. Including the receptionist. She was very smiley and helpful. Also, it was easy to go in and ask for a refill of pills for my cat. She knew me and remembered me and my cat. It was nice! I haven't gone here in 3 years so that's why I'm speaking in past tense. I'm sure it's still as great as it was. Clearly by the comments it hasn't changed!Only con I can think of is, that the vaccinations are more expensive here than someplace else.

I started coming here in 2019 after having a bad experience at the Faribault Vet. I moved up to the cities a few years later. I have continued to drive an hour to see Dr.Passe. He has made amazing progress with my Allergy/ Asthma Cat. I saw Dr.Storlie my last visit. She is very good as well. The receptionists are very friendly and always excited to pet my Cats. I would highly recommended the Cannon Valley Vet they are worth the hour drive.

Dr. Pasi and staff are the best. we have been taking our furry friends there for 30 years and even though we have moved to the city, I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Always there in an emergency. They are the best

I am so disappointed with this vet clinic. My vet clinic, that I bring my cat, to was looking and ordered a medication that was needed asap for my 17-year-old cat. They ordered, but it didn't come in, so they called other vet clinic, while I called other pharmacies. My clinic didn't want me to be without the medication for the weekend. Cub pharmacy said they could order it, and Brian was a huge help. However, they couldn't get it in until Monday. My vet clinic called me back saying that Cannon Valley had the medication in stock! She said she would fax the prescription over to them now, and we would pick it up the next morning, which was Saturday. They opened at 9 am, my husband was there when they opened, got up to the counter and the receptionist said "well we don't even see your cat here."He explained that he was picking up medication that our clinic faxed over. She was rude and said that they knew nothing about it, that there was "no note or script at all." My husband left after then, trying the store counter, waiting 15 minutes for people dropping off their dog, complaining because no one stays overnight to comfort them!! My husband left and was late as was scheduled at 9:30 to help volunteer at our local VFW.At exactly 10:24am I received a call from that same woman at Cannon Valley clinic that she "found" the script and can get it ready in about 15 minutes. I told her my husband was not going to be available till 6pm, and I am on crutches with a cast on my foot and can't drive till March, so she said "so you want to decline this?" I told her well, yes, I guess so as I can't get there to get it. THEN, she BLAMED my vet clinic that I go to, "Well, they faxed it too late. That's why we knew nothing about this!" She didn't care one bit!! She abruptly hung up on me.Moral here is don't go to Cannon Valley vet clinic as that person who's the receptionist is the face of the whole company, and she was rude and flat out didn't care about the medicine for my cat, so how can she even care about the animals people bring in!!I ended up calling Cub pharmacy back, but back to the beginning as it won't come in till Monday, so without it for my cat over the weekend. I left a message at my clinic to have them fax the prescription to Cub on Monday. I know that THEY will take care of it, they care!
