The oil change service was both quick and thorough. I also received a video of the process. I requested a brake inspection, and they provided detailed feedback on their condition.

The worst service I’ve ever received hands down. The first car they sold me stopped working within the first 2 days. They preceded to deny any fault and refused to take the car back. The second car they sold me had engine issues within 6 months and was quoted 11,000$ to fix. The salesman lie and are very unprofessional. Kuran or however you spell this man’s name was the one helping my mother and I. He didn’t know what he was talking about, had to ask his manager questions every 5 minutes, and told us incorrect numbers on rates, loans, and insurance. I have heard from multiple of my friends of similar experiences from this exact dealership, save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!

I dealt with Nick in the service area. We are here from South Carolina for a short period and absolutely enjoyed the customer service! He was thorough, kind, and straightforward about what was needed to get back on the road. No complaints at all.

Nice waiting room, staff was great, and I was in and out when I expected to be while waiting. I appreciate the notes about need t for tires but wasn’t hard pressed on the quote. Additionally I lost a center cap on my tire after a tire rotation and it was replaced quickly and without issue.
