Floor installers came to fix my floors downstairs. They refused to do any work until furniture was moved. They weren't clear that this needed to be done before hand. Called Pro Movers and was pleasantly surprised. They came out that afternoon moved both bedrooms taking care to wrap and tape everything with furniture pads. They returned with my bedroom furniture two days later laying mats down the stairs and into the hallways not messing up the new laid floors on return. Thomas was easy to work with and has a great disposition. The movers I have worked with in the past were sloppy, in a rush and careless. Thomas and his company treat your furniture better than he would his own.

I used these guys in August, they did a great job. Very professional they take good care of your belongings will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Pro Move Storage did an excellent job. I packed most things myself but they were helpful in packing the items I didn't and did an excllent job. Every interaction was personable and the moving team made the day enjoyable. They will do everything they need to do until the job is done. They are diligent and work hard and keep the jokes and the smiles coming. I would highly recommend them for your next move.

The owner and employees of this company have been incredibly honest and responsive. I did not hire the company to move anything but would like to share my experience with them. Unfortunately one of their trucks hit and knocked over our mailbox during another move. The driver immediately found me, apologized and took responsibility.The owner came out, gave me his direct line and said they would take care of it all. Once I got the new post, they came out and fixed the mailbox and reimbursed me for the damages. They did a great job on the new mailbox post and never complained about the situation. So if you are looking for a company that cares and takes responsibility, this is them.

Pro Move Storage moved our 86 yr old mom to a senior living apartment in August. We were so impressed with the team, lead by owner, Thomas. Friendly, super courteous, gentle with our mother and kind. Thomas even came back the next day to take back boxes & paper because we were drowning in them in her new tiny apartment! Highly recommend this company!

Thomas and his crew are the best of the best! I called him in a pinch after we were left with a mess of a "packing" job from another move company. Thomas and his guys squeezed us in the same day and literally picked up the pieces. I am so impressed and could not be more thankful for their help, hard work and professionalism.
