“This a great store with beautiful gifts! Only one negative is that I gave an employee my name and number to call me of they could order XXXL compression stockings and she said she'd check and call me. In the meantime, I bought three pairs of XXL thinking they might fit. I tried on a pair at home and they were too small. The employee never called and it's now too late to return-around $90 lost. I still have two pairs unopened and in the bag.”
“All pay-at-the-pump with the Sam's Club app. Good price usually, and we haven't had any issues with quality. Sometimes the lines can get long, as not all the customers move very efficiently.”
“Best gas prices are in town. Lots of people get their gas there and sometimes you have to wait 5 minutes or so. Not too bad. Easy to get to. I wish they had a car wash.”
“Out of four surrounding states, this is the only other liqueur store that carries Wray & Nephew white overproof rum, other than one in Rodgers MN. They had plenty in stock and really came through when i was in a pinch. Would recommend coming to this place first before other large name stores. I don't understand why they are not higher up on my local Google search!”
“Great privately owned, small town-feel pharmacy! The pharmacists are extremely pleasant to work with, they go out of their way to help you fill a prescription even if your doctor just recently sent it over and its near the end of the day, and they get it filled quickly. Done with CVS, Medicine Chest is our go to now!”
“Shopping here is always great, however I wish they would amp up the air conditioning. Also they should adjust the receipt check @ the exit door, for those of us who use scan & go or if we paid for our products. I mean it's almost like we need to check out again.”
“I will never go to another pharmacy. Ever. They have always treated me with respect regardless of the medication have a needed and have always worked very hard to get me what I need when I need it as quickly as I can you do that and they have even stayed a few minutes late. When I said I couldn't find a place in the parking ramp. They told me where I could go to pick up my extra meds. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everybody in that pharmacy.”

“I'm normally a long term patient/cust of Cub in Eagan. There was a shortage of a medication I take, there was misinformation very unintentional last friday when I was getting a 2nd partial refill and was told I could go to WSP later in the day to get the remainder of my meds which were in stock.Unfortunately the pharmacy can't nor will insurance allow 2nd refills on the same day but it took hours and bother Peter and Justin here and my pharm ins company to get what the issue was and why I'd have to wait until running a day late and missing a dose to refill again.Just wanted to say I was appreciative of the patience that both Justin and Peter had with me and hopefully they can get recognized for it, I know WSP like Eagan are busy pharmacies so they care and consideration I get with both I appreciate, I just may as much as I love Eagan after last weekends experience use this pharmacy exclusively given the quality of service and care to me by staff.”
“Let me tell you going to sams club is so refreshing when i go in and talk and speak to LEO!! That man is a breath of fresh air and I dont see why in the world he isnt the manager yet when he does way more then the manager they have now. Leo is always going above and beyond and make you feel valued when you shop. If yall dont give him a raise and promote him I will complain to corporate. You know how hard it is to find good, quality people who enjoy what they do?!? PROMOTE HIMMMMM he deserves it.”

“This pharmacy staff is amazing. They know their regulars by name, they go above and beyond for their customers. Don't get me wrong, they get busy, sometimes I have to wait, sometimes they have to order meds in. They are human and do their dangdest. But a little human compassion and understanding works. SOME things are out of their control. I know I can't do their job, so I let them do it with the proficiency they have! I adore all of them, and I've been going here for 30 years.”
“We moved to Woodbury recently. We tried two different pharmacies and had horrible experiences with our prescriptions not being ready when they said they would be, coming back later to find out they still weren't ready. Then we tried SAM'S CLUB PHARMACY!!!What a completely different experience. They have our prescriptions ready right away. They're so friendly. They take time to explain what we need to know about the medication. I hesitate to tell all of you about their pharmacy because everyone will switch to their pharmacy after you try them once!Brett (and I can't remember the girls name, but she's in the picture below) are both exceptional employees that in my mind are model examples of customer service and very knowledgeable.”

“Cub - St. Paul Phalen does an outstanding job of helping and working with their customers and I would like to commend them on that. Recently, I ordered on-line groceries for my elderly 89 year old mother to be delivered. Cub's Customer Service manager, Ann, gave me a personal call to let me know that they would take special care to make sure that she got her groceries delivery so that I didn't have to go out in 20 degree snowy weather to pick them up. This store continues to service the community with excellent customer service, kindness and helpfulness. Every time I am in this Cub store, I see this 'customer first' attitude in every employee that I have encountered. I would like to recognize them as employees that go beyond what is expected. “While this is not a 24 hour pharmacy I have been able to get prescriptions filled quicker than a local 24hour pharmacy.I love being able to request a refill on the Allina app. Always quick to fill and pick up. I was the 4th car in the drive up and I think I was driving away with my prescriptions within 10 minutes.”

“I've been coming to this Cub for more than 1 year and I've never come across rude ppl, the opposite is true for me, I'm Hispanic and a mother of many little ones and ppl are just being, they're working hard and are kind to others while they work. I've seen John multiple times in the produce section, he does a fine job at keeping fresh fruits and veggies available to us, he's helped me out a few times and is a kind fellow, keep up the great produce CUB, and John thank you again for making my day! “I work in this building as a healthcare provider, and if there is a problem with a pharmacy order, the pharmacist will call me right away so that the patient does not have to wait very long. Much better experience than a Walgreens or similar. Prescriptions are generally filled very quickly for both myself and my patients.”
“This practice believes in putting the patient's needs first, before the pocketbook. Honesty and integrity is worth sticking around for... this is one trait that is extremely inconsistent to keep in business today and if you can find that, I say, stick with it, and the philosophy of all that comes with it!Phalen Pharmacy has always been a trusted source I go to for my medications, vaccines, or a place I recommend others particularly of Asian decent to go to. It's nice to be known by face and name! Their staff has always been respectful, and go out of their way to help me understand my prescriptions. They go the extra mile, and will even speak with doctors on your behalf if they think there is a better alternative for your meds based on your insurance and health history. It's honestly one of the most thorough pharmacies I've experienced!!Overall, if you want a pharmacy that is personable, cares about your phases of care, and bridging the cultural gap in healthcare, I recommend this place. Every place has things they are working on, but I can guarantee a mom n' pop independent pharmacy will have taken more time to truly understand you and your health history, AND advocate for you, than your big business chains (who are so short staff, they just want you in and out... like a fast food chain).So I hope those other's experiences does not overshadow the genuine work I've seen this pharmacy do.P. S. Not to mention it's right next to the Hmong Market, so it's a double win. Great meds, great food, great service!...P. S. S. It's unfortunate the different experiences of some reviewers, but during a time when healthcare workers have been expended and overworked beyond their limit, I hope you'll give them some grace... Also, fyi, med and med supply shortages have been a recent nationwide issue, so take that as you will... (Ok, off my soap box)”

I came back to complement him, but he was so kind to the person he was helping at the time (most of us are old), did his job perfectly and then gave me his name. If that guy is there, at that store, I'll go back.”

“The pharmacists and staff are pleasant, patient and very helpful. Fir example: Yesterday I went to get my prescription and it wasn't there. The staff person checked on the computer. WC was sitting on approving. Zee, the pharmacists, called WC and they pit him on hold for almost an hour. During that wait he offered me a chair because he could see I was in back pain. The WC person then told Zee they were still "considering approval". Zee kept calling back and finally late in the evening they approved and Zee called me at home. I am blessed with my CVS staff.”
