“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

“I feel really lucky to have met Rick. He is very kind, honest, and offered me a reasonable price. My car was making noise when accelerating, and I was quite worried about it. After the inspection, he fixed the noise in my car perfectly with just around a $5 hose clamp and said everything eles was fine. His general inspection clearly did something for my car, and both the brake and noise issues were resolved. I'm glad to find shop I can trust, and I will recommend R&S to my neighbors and friends.”

Alternator just shut off and I got it towed there and fixed the next day normal.price 95$ an hour for labor. Part was 400. And it took two hours to do. Not to bad. And super friendly nand negotiations can happen if you explain super understanding company”

My 4 friends do not drive. Every summer, I pick them up, and they camp on my farm. We always have a good time doing stuff they never get to do otherwise. They were really excited for the weekend.
This year, my truck broke down as I was heading to the last guy's place. I limped into Wildwood and they were busy, of course. They took the time to diagnose, which didn't take long. Front axle. They were full till Wednesday, so camping was done.
We were trying to figure out what to do when they told us they could get it done today. We couldn't believe it. Wildwood obviously went out of their way to save our trip.
We walked to Donatellis for lunch and walked back to Wildwood. The truck was repaired and ready. Camping started late, but it happened. The guys had a great time and the 1.5 hour ride each way was uneventful.

“This place has great customer service! I was offered a ticket to get a free small cup of coffee or other drinks from the gas station that is connected to them while I wait. I got my brakes and oil changed from this shop. They checked everything I told them about the issues I had with my car. They inspected the issues and told me the prices & what the issues were before doing anything. The prices weren't too expensive, it was doable. I don't mind going back there again.
Update: They don't offer free coffee/drinks anymore.”

Not only was he able to do the work for less, it was ready so fast. We figured a week or 2 but in a couple days we good to go.

“Won’t take my car anywhere else been coming here since back in 2015 when I first heard about them from a buddy. Have had every car I have ever owned fixed here since and never had any problems afterwards Brian, Rich, Brock and the oil change guys they got some new lub tech guys so still learning there names haha sorry have all been good to me and my rides. Prices here are fair I’m getting an alignment done on my Impala as of writing this. I highly recommend Fleming Auto have Told all my friends family and even random people I come across who need car repairs to come here heck anyone reading this who needs work done on their vehicle oil change brakes ect come here you won’t be disappointed.”
“We needed a new tire for our scissors lift trailer - we originally stopped at Wheelco, but they don’t do tires. They recommended Royal, so we buzzed over. In 45 minutes we were on our way- they checked our other tire and the spare- it needed air, so grateful they did! Very professional, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!!!”
“All of the workers were polite, friendly, helpful, and I felt like they were doing a good job. It took probably 1hr15min-1hr30min which was longer than expected, but I think that was just due to random circumstances (more cars than usual, cars that were more complicated or took longer than usual for whatever reason) and not anyone’s fault. It definitely looked like everyone was working efficiently and doing their best to keep things moving. My own car took longer than typical since one of my headlight bulbs had fallen out and they spent a while maneuvering it back into place for free. I will definitely be back for my next oil change if I’m in the area when it’s due!”
