This company is horrible. My 7 years old daughter is fearing the bus because the ad put his hands on my child and when I ask my daughter to check on her brother the driver told my daughter to shut up. These people telling me they have to wait for the bus to come back once that happen after the drop the bus should be brought back right away you have issues going on . This happen at 8:30 this morning it’s now 2:07 bus was never brought back on time to every start they said they have to wait a whole 24 hours are you serious. Now you see why people snap on the bus driver at the school . 622 think it’s a joke and not going take any action told me I shall go pick my kids up from the school then I’m a working parent you guys should be figure out getting other person to take place. And look in it some more

If the students going to graduate this year 2024 who are special Ed students and going to the next transition program be advised they going to be discouraged by the staff, teacher, and principal.

We were in a different district before this one. ISD 622 has reliable drivers--and a few phenomenal ones.

The transportation department at ISD 622 is amazing they do a nice job working together to get things accomplished.

Was a plessure ryding the bus every single day and i got home very safely!

The staff is very unprofessional, they argue with you about your childs safety and they let little kids under 8 off at the street and the bus driver drives right off. They don't wait until the kids get to their home/childcare so your childs safety will be put in jeopardy everytime they ride the bus. They dont have any empathy for your childs safety so I will never recommend kids riding the 622 bus company.
