The new management is AMAZING! This store is always well staffed now and the employees are friendly and eager to help! Just tonight I had an employee go above and beyond to help me correct my Amazon return. You don’t see customer service like this anymore. I can’t recommend highly enough.

We walked in with 20 packages to ship, just a few minutes before closing time on Friday. Abhishek greeted us with warm smile and helped us pack and ship all our articles carefully, some weighing 50 pounds and some weighing just a few ounces. He went over receipts couple times and made sure there is no rushed errors. Great customer service and great overall experience. Happy to have this store serving my neighborhood with meticulous and patient staff.

I've been to this location numerous times and each time they have been fast, efficient, and friendly. I'll continue to come to this location to mail out and drop off my returns.

I had a large, heavy, metal sculpture that was covered in delicate details of small human figures. It was being sent to a gallery in Arizona. The art work arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I am grateful to the staff at the UPS store for their thoughtful and careful treatment of my difficult shipment.

So friendly and attentive! Even helped me when my car broke down in the parking lot and needed a tow. Came out to make sure I was okay and helped me bring my stuff to the bench. I appreciate such great people!

Yay!!!Super helpful and friendly service.Polite and efficient.One of their awesome services: they accept clean non-recyclable bubble wrap, air pillows, packing peanuts! They reuse them ♻️♻️♻️.Even better than recycling ???Makes me go out of my way to use them vs. other locations

For years this location had unfriendly, rude and poor customer service. Now under new ownership, this location is the best! The owners and staff are friendly, genuinely care and are respectful and prompt with all who enter into their store. Such a great change for our community!
