I started three brand new medication‘s today. I’ve never been on any of these types of medication before. The pharmacist did not ask me anything about them did not ask if I had any questions about them just handed me the bag and told me to have a good day. Turns out I have to be very careful about what times I take these meds and what I take them with. Between this issue and the next one I discuss I am very very displeased with Walgreens and their lack of customer service. Also, I have been waiting on medication for almost a week now. The pharmacy insists that I have insurance that I do not have. Then the pharmacy said that I needed a prior authorization for a specific medication, which made no sense since I just had one recently and the company they were telling me I had to connect with was not my primary provider. They gave me the runaround for six days and continued to put the responsibility on somebody else rather than doing their jobs and looking at my proof of insurance information. After all of the rigmarole that they’ve put me through I have decided that I no longer want them to be my pharmacy. Even though they are only a little bit over a mile away from me and all the rest of the pharmacies are several miles away. I guess I’d prefer good customer service to convenience.

Stopped to get a rapid Covid test. No appointment times available. Pharmacy employee was helpful and tried suggestions on how to possibly get a test appointment, even though chances were slim to none. His time to explain the process was appreciated.
