Cons:1. This place needs a new general manager or some drastic change. It seems it only survives because southern MN is so limited on options.2. The POS system is ridiculous. The Girl Shay in the service center is always doing her best to fight against it. A 1 minute task sometimes take 10 or 20 minutes(Example buying tires took almost 30 minutes to check out even though she had them on the counter).3. The service center is always way behind. Although the service manager WILL go the extra mile for you and is extremely knowledgeable.4. Takes weeks if not months to get things you order. Not to mention, they have almost no accessories, parts, and gear in stock. Then mark up an absurd amount. (They charged me 70 dollars more for a battery to order through them. I can't support a small business marking up 100% over market prices on parts)5. The salesman who is always there, Billy, is either not very informed on motorcycles or simply doesn't want to give you the information. He just wants you to figure it out yourself and talk to him when it's commission time.Pros:1. MOST of the employees want to be helpful.2. The prices are great on bikes.3. Decent selection of bikes.

We went in to get a bike for my 8 year old son. The crew was absolutely wonderful. They really made it a grate experience for him and his mom and I. I don’t see any way they could have treated us any better.

I've been to Starr Cycle now twice in the last two months and both times I was there the staff were SO nice and helpful and that really means a lot to me as a customer! I am a new rider so I was looking for some riding gear and had some mechanical questions as well and everyone I talked to was just very knowledgeable and down to earth! I would highly recommend Starr Cycle and will continue doing business there!
