I was present for the visit because my dog has separation anxiety. I dislike the service because my dog wasn't cleaned properly, and she used dog cologne on my coco afterward to make her smell better. SMH, I have a double coated German shepherd, and they didn't use shampoo or soap to clean her. Just kinda rinsed her off and added cologne.

I've taken four dogs to Sharon for grooming over the past 25 years or so and she always does an excellent job. It's clear Sharon loves her job and loves her doggie and human clients. While my dogs have never been overly excited about getting bathed and groomed (and their nails trimmed), I am always happy to see Sharon when I drop the disasters that only a mother could love off, and I am beyond thrilled when I pick up a dog or dogs that smell wonderful and looks fabulous.

Sharon has taken care of my long haired (once stray) cat multiple times now. Everytime she does a great job, and my baby comes home happy and way more comfortable. I will always recommend her to friends and family.

The short version of this review: Sharon is amazing with my fiesty difficult long hair cat! We will definitely go back again.The full length version: Took my cat, Mabel, to Sharon this week. I know all cats are capable of being difficult, but Mabel is truly skilled and takes difficult to the next level. She came from a shelter where she had lived for close to a year. She been adopted and returned one or more times because of her bad attitude and mean streak. She had been sedated and shaved from the neck down before I met her because of painful matting of her hair. (The only way to get close to Mabel to groom her, was to take her to the vet and sedate her!)Prior to seeing Sharon Mabel had been throwing up hairballs 3 out if 4 days. She would get nasty and fight with me everytime I touch her with a brush or deshedding tool. She had hair mats down the back of both legs.Sharon asked me to take her out of the kennel because Mabel was making it clear she had no intention of cooperating. This did not surprise me, my fear was that a groomer would simply say "no thanks, not dealing with that". Sharon's response was upbeat and cheerful. She was ready to face the challenge and see how far she could get!The result is no more hair mats and we are on day 5 of NO hairballs! I'm so happy with results! Next time I will bring her in before she gets matted and stay ahead of problems.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We have an older dog, and a shih tzu puppy. The shih tzu was shaved entirely except for her tail, and the older dog was cut so poorly she came home bleeding and eventually developed an infection from this cut.I cannot stress enough how much I do not think you should send your dog here.

Shaved my dogs to the skin and that it not even close to what was asked. One is 15 and has old age bumps on her. When dropping her off I told her very specifically that she had these bumps. When I go to pick her up I see the shave caused my dog to bleed. Overall would not recommend.

I took my dog there for the first time today and was extremely pleased with her work! She was great with my dog and did such a great job with her I almost didn’t recognize her!! Her prices are very reasonable and she does a great job!
