Navitor is great...most of the time. We are currently having unresolved issues with the printing of envelopes. Any BLACK INK ONLY orders we place are being printed as full color. This is problematic because the black ends up looking green or blue or pink. Because it's being printed with 4 colors and not a single black, letters are not crisp. >> One color black ink printing is the simplest, most basic of printing, and somehow Navitor's production can't master it. :( <

Estimated times are way off. Expect delays. The order status will change to "in production" for days or weeks while it waits in a queue. DO NOT USE NAVITOR FOR PRINTING IF TIME MATTERS. Top notch supervisors working on their customer service team though!

I sent the wrong art. As soon as I realized it, the next day, I called customer service and told them what happened. They stopped my order and when I sent correct art, the job picked up without any delay. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

I have used navitor online with no problem for years. Once I needed a custom quote, everything went in the trash. I received three different prices for the same product, nobody on the phone was consistent, they continuously didn't update the shipping address, and I received no order number to move forward with. I have clients needing envelopes, which seems pretty simple, and it is taking almost a month to order.

The customer service is absolutely horrid. I have been working with the company for 12 years, and in the last year started using them more because of our other vendors closing due to Covid. Needless to say, I am currently searching for new vendors. The web-site is extremely hard to use, and the customer service employees typically have no information about orders you have placed online. Either, the computer programming is not up to par, or the employees themselves do not have training or knowledge to have the correct information. I would NOT suggest using this company if you would like to have any sort of customer service included with your order. That is just not a service this company provides.
