Went here a while ago. Just noticing I never left a review or my review was deleted.
I Was there for a trim and a conditioning treatment. It took three hours. Delaying our family from leaving for a roadtrip we had planned. The stylist at one point was on her hands and knees cutting my hair. (Not even exaggerating) She had to pull three people over to help “fix” my hair. It was taking so long that it was running into a manicure she was scheduled to do. In front of me she talked to her boss about how she didn’t have time to fix what she had done. I was charged full price. After I got out of the chair I immediately put my hair up. I even told the lady at the front desk I was upset with the service. Went to my car and cried. I left a review after receiving a email from them asking how my experience was asking them to call me.. Never got a call, text or email. It was truly the worst experience I have ever had at any salon. I have no idea how people have had a five star experience here.

I’ve always had an amazing experience here! Kaydra is so talented, smart, and wants you to know everything about how to take care of your hair. I would absolutely recommend coming to see her for all of your hair and self care needs!:)

Abby was wonderful! Such a nice pedicure! She was so kind and easy to chat with, yet respected if I didn’t want to chat! Went thru our vet program and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Such a nice experience and definitely coming back and recommending to all!!! New place of choice! Thank you!

I needed something for my graduation, so I chose this place for the first time, so when I went there, all the girls were very nice assisting me; however, when the time to do my makeup came, it was the worst experience ever. I usually don't do makeup cause I like to look natural, so I said the girl to make me look pretty but still natural, and I gave her a picture of how I would like my makeup, she literally used whatever she wanted and they did not even have many colors options, so that was the first bad thing. Then she put on me tons of foundation that was not even my skin color, I hated it I looked strange. Then she started with eyeshadows on my eyes, I can only save her, even when the color of the eyeshadow was not the color I wanted, she made a fine job with that. Finally, the lipstick, she put on me a horrible grey color that was as horrible as my face foundation, so she removed it and put another red one, much better, but she did not even put it nicely that I ended removing it and I put on of my own. So, this is the most expensive and terrible experience I have ever had, I will never come back again to that place. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy and worse waste of the illusion of doing makeup for the rest of my life.

Baylee does the most amazing job. I had my hair colored, cut and brow wax. It was so worth my drive to go to see her.

I went in for a bayalage & a trim. It ended up costing $100 more than I was quoted & took 5 hours! I was charged for a gloss/glaze that I didn’t book for. In total it was $300 before tip…for a bayalage & trim! I won’t be back. My hair looks just ok, and definitely not good enough to cost that much money. I have weird blonde spots above my ear & I can only part my hair a certain way for it to look decent.

can’t cut men’s hair at all, this women pushed the hair around my ear back way too far and it’s not even on each side, same with the side burns. Absolutely horrible
