DO NOT USE FOR WEDDING INVITES! They didn’t send us the complete number of invitations we ordered and it was SO HARD to get them to just complete the order we paid for. when they did send us the remaining invites they were such poor quality and not the same as what we ordered. Such a shame. Do not use.

Ordered letterpress invitations through tog.ink and I guess were outsourced to Carlson Craft as all communication was coming through them. Originally was told 5 days production time. They didn’t bring up an issue with the invite design until the day they were supposed to be shipped out, I corrected the issue the same day and confirmed with a representative that the issue was fixed and looked good on their end. I was assured the invites would be sent to print within the next day or two. Somehow still got messed up on their end and sat in a hold status and then printed using the problematic design they first sent a question about. Reprinting could not be done for another week. Then called again to check on status and apparently they ran out of the cardstock for my order and would need an additional 3-5 days to cut down other cardstock to size. Every time I called there was a different issue as to why they weren’t done yet so I finally cancelled that part of the order and am having it printed locally without letterpress. I guess we’ll see if the other invitation inserts that were supposedly done already, actually show up or not.

We ordered our wedding invitations from this company, I would not recommend them. Production was supposed to take 2-3 days, it ended up taking 4 weeks. The company never reached out to inform us of the delay, we had to find out when we followed up after 2 weeks. The company did not apologize and did not try to mail the invitations using expedited service. They offered no solution and clearly did not care about the delay they caused.

Worked here for over a year; nice staff but not much room for advancement in the company without spending many years there. I worked in the shipping department, where we would package cards for special occasiond into boxes and ship them out. Q4 is the most hectic time of the year, they bring in a lot of temp employees during this time.
