I’ve upgraded my iPhone several times at the Verizon store in North Branch & have never had a problem. Nathan was very knowledgeable, courteous, listened to my preferences, presented several options, & was clear about pricing & changes to my account. I’ll upgrade my next phone at North Branch Verizon when the time comes.

We got new phones and an IPad tablet, and Noah helped us tremendously. He spent quite a bit of time with us and was so nice and patient with us. The other employees were very nice too. We would go back there.
