I’ve upgraded my iPhone several times at the Verizon store in North Branch & have never had a problem. Nathan was very knowledgeable, courteous, listened to my preferences, presented several options, & was clear about pricing & changes to my account. I’ll upgrade my next phone at North Branch Verizon when the time comes.
