I'm really disappointed with North Branch post office, dropping mail on the ground, giving my mail to the wrong people down the road,leaving my mail in front of my garage apron,leaving the mail box door down not closing it all the way then wind comes by and blows it in the dich,i get others peoples mail, I have been going back and forth telling them everything about this problem I'm having with the us post office but they still fail. I DON'T TRUST THE USPS .

Constantly get neighbors mail, notifications saying packages are delivered even though they are not. When we do get our packages they are usually pretty beat up. Probably has something to do with my mail carrier literally throwing my packages up a flight of 9 stairs to my apt door. That's if she comes in. Sometimes she just leaves them in the driveway. Top tier parcel service, would definitely recommend.

As an out of state Executor of my parents estate, I want to give the North Branch front desk customer service a BIG thumbs up. I had lots of important out of state mailings, and not only were the front desk knowledgeable, very friendly! A big thank you as you went above and beyond your job duties for me!I know some of you are having difficulty on the routes, but these people nailed it for me at time of need. Now that things are slowing down for me, wanted to make sure others know the greatness in our community!Susie Becker

Never ever had any issues in the 3years we lived there. Now days people are uptight about their mail . Get to know your mail person !!!

Sometimes you get your mail! And sometimes you get all of it! As long as it doesn't go to someone else's mailbox! It's been going on for over 10 years!

They don't answer the phone. Driver hit my mailbox & even left a part of her broken mirror on the side of the road. Denied it despite going to the PO to see her broken mirror on her truck. Postmaster did nothing but say "She said she didn't do it".

I have been using the same mailbox the whole time I've lived in North Branch. (23 years) Now, out of the blue, these a-holes tell me I need to raise it??!! Suddenly, it's a problem after all these years??!! I deliver newspapers in town on the weekends, and if my mailbox is too short, half of the other mailboxes in town had better be getting notices too.

My neighbor on the next block over from me seems to get my mail a lot! When I try to call North Branch USPS, no one seems to ever answer their phone....rings, rings and rings. Today (June 13, 2022), I received many pieces of mail that belonged to two of my neighbors in my mailbox. What the heck is going on there?!! Once again, I tried calling at approx 3:00pm and no one answered the phone.......what kind of people are you hiring to work there?!! Or is no one even there??!!

Shout out to Cherokee Ave. Postal worker(s)! You've been saving my mail and packages from lawless neighbors for a year and a half, now. Today, I recieved my package without the completed/correct address. Without your diligence, my property would be damaged or stolen in these parts. THANK YOU!
