This place is really great! All of the sales people are kind. Donald F. met us immediately with a smile and greeting. He told us about the history of the company and then let us shop! He checked in with us and answered all of our questions!! Next time you need some furniture, I recommend you find Donald!!

My husband needed a new bed and a lift chair. I went to Furniture Mart North Branch, to do some research. I was immediately greeted by Donald Farnsworth. He was able to answer all my questions and proved to be very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. The next day I brought my husband in to "road test" different mattresses. Again Don was there to answer questions, make suggestions and to guide us. I am so appreciative of his patience with my husband and me. He helped make a stressful situation less stressful!?

Went in looking for a dining table and chairs. Douglas Farnsworth approached not too far into the store and explained pricing and details. Asked if we wanted him to take us to them or just browse. I prefer to browse no sales help. Later Douglas caught up with us and I said one we are interested in and he gave all of the final pricing. I still had one more location to look so said if I decide I will be back. Went to the other location a company several miles down the road and was not impressed. Came back and Douglas was so helpful with the purchase, explained everything perfectly and sold the protection plan and discrete glove delivery. Not only impressed with the selection but also the pricing and the professionalism was unmatched by most retailers today. I believe I have found a new home store.
Thank you Douglas for not being pushy, taking your time that is what made the sale complete. Other sales team members that we met on our return were very polite as well great store, great atmosphere.

Austin was absolutely fantastic to work with! He helped us from start to finish order our new sectional and did a great job explaining all of the extended warranty information.
