Had some work done on my truck. They were quick(especially with several mechanics getting sick the week they had it) and unlike other shops I was talked to with respect and they were great about explaining things to me. Most other shops I have been to treat me like a dumb female. 10/10 would recommend and will definatly use their service again in the future.

Gary Russell is the best! He fixed our son's car yesterday and it runs better than it has in years! Gary's prices are always reasonable, he works very quickly and with the highest quality. Always so honest! Jason tells you the REAL solutions to any problem, rather than most mechanics who give an over exaggerated solution to get the most money out of you. He always gives me the cheapest solutions first and we work from there to see what works. Just an honest company who really likes to look out for their customers and have reasonable prices. Recommend him to everyone! :)My family has had plenty of experience with him for the past 7+ years, and this is the only shop my car has ever seen!

We were looking for a new place to take our vehicles to after constantly getting the run-around at the larger dealerships.... and poor service. A friend recommended us to check out Russell's and we were very pleased. They were honest and professional and finished the job in the specified time frame. Would highly recommend!

Time and time again Russell's automotive is there for me. quality service, very competitive pricing but more importantly they value their customers. I've been a customer since the "old" shop and am so glad to see that the way customers are treated hasn't changed. Today, Randy knew I was in a bit of a jam and went above and beyond to get our car done and out as soon as the part walked in the door. These are just some of the reasons I don't go elsewhere unless I absolutely have to. Thanks guys, forever grateful.
