Had a great first time experience here! I had a mechanic at a different spot tell me that my power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. When I brought it to Russell's, he explained that it wasn't the pump, but it was a leaking hose. I truly appreciated his honesty! He helped me save nearly $1,000!!! He got done with everything that needed to get done in just a few hours! I will for sure be bringing any future problems to him! It's hard to find mechanics I can trust and Russell is definitely one of the good ones!

Excellent mechanic very very helpful and friendly and clean with the inside and out of your car. Also they they are very knowledge about all of the working parts of your car. I have been with them 4 years and I recommend them for all of your car work.

I have been taking my vehicles to Russell's for over a decade. I've always had things explained to me - they've gotten approval before fixing things whenever something was needing repair and not anticipated. They are honest and understanding ie it's gonna be 8k to do a full engine swap and it's not really practical but we'll do it if that's what you want.
I have never once been treated like a "dumb women" as alot of shops and dealerships behave. On top of the amazing customer service, great pricing, and they are efficient.
Let's be honest how many shops can you drop a vehicle off with a vague it description of a dog tracking feeling and a slight pull but not all the time and seems to hesitate but only after running for awhile but not always- and get an actual solved answer of a rear break occasionally dragging.
I will never go anywhere else and neither should you!

Always so honest! Jason tells you the REAL solutions to any problem, rather than most mechanics who give an over exaggerated solution to get the most money out of you. He always gives me the cheapest solutions first and we work from there to see what works. Just an honest company who really likes to look out for their customers and have reasonable prices. Recommend him to everyone! :)
My family has had plenty of experience with him for the past 7+ years, and this is the only shop my car has ever seen!

Had some work done on my truck. They were quick(especially with several mechanics getting sick the week they had it) and unlike other shops I was talked to with respect and they were great about explaining things to me. Most other shops I have been to treat me like a dumb female. 10/10 would recommend and will definatly use their service again in the future.

Gary Russell is the best! He fixed our son's car yesterday and it runs better than it has in years! Gary's prices are always reasonable, he works very quickly and with the highest quality.
