We took our new cat Oliver to N.B Vet Hospital and start to finish, we truly enjoyed our experience. When I called to make the appointment the staff was very friendly & polite and make me feel safe & comfortable brining my new family member to their establishment. Upon arrival, the parking lot & building was very clean & organized. Again the staff, doctors & assistants were all very friendly & kind. Everyone was very helpful & seemed very happy to work there & genuinely interested in helping their patrons. The doctor was incredibly thorough & friendly & really cared about making sure Oliver was comfortable. Truly a wonderful experience!

They have given my pets the best care over the last 6 years! We are missing Dr. French, who recently retired and was our cat expert. We still get amazing care here!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this clinic. A week ago, I went through one of the most traumatic moments of my life when my 2-month-old kitten, Max, got stuck in a running machine. We feared the worst, thinking we would lose him. But thanks to Mindy and the incredible team, including the doctor, Max is now alive, healthy, and happy.
Their quick response, professionalism, and genuine care saved Max's life. I cannot thank them enough for the support they provided us during such a terrifying time. This clinic truly goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and expert veterinary care.

Having just moved to the area, and living also in Seattle and London, UK, I needed help for my cherished dog. They bent over backwards to help me when nobody else in the area would . I so appreciated the outstanding customer service I received, bravo to ALL of you who were so helpful, kind and wonderful!

My experience at this vet was great! The staff was friendly to me and my pup! The wait time to see my pup was super quick! I was in and out in less than an hour!

I used the urgent care service that was advertised online. Showed up at opening on Labor Day weekend on a Saturday and they somehow managed to fit my pupper in and get him looked at. Fixed him up and sent me on my way. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every last detail to me and make sure I felt confident to care for my pup at home with his small injury.
Very grateful and thankful for the service, staff and vet!! Thank you!

North Branch Veterinary Hospital is a very good place to have your animals go to. We've taken our past and present dogs there for the past 10+ years and will not take them any where else. The people who work there are so kind and very helpful.
