Paul the service advisor wont answer my phone calls. Also wont call me back after leaving multiple voicemails. Got brand new tires 1 month ago they never replaced valve stems when tires were replaced. Got 1 valve stem leaking but they dont want to fix it right now. Told me to keep driving on my donut. As i drive around 100 miles a day.

The service writers we friendly helpful and courteous. I liked them!! Lounge area was clean and the coffee was great. Turn around time was short I was in and out. Overall great experience and very pleased.

I bought a Tahoe and I loved it! But within the first week the remote start quit working. I brought it in and it just so happen to work that day when they looked at it. They never looked any further into it and I wasn’t taken seriously. No follow up emails or calls. And it never worked since. The experience has left me very unhappy and dissatisfied. I will never get another vehicle from there. For as much money as I paid this problem should have been taken care of immediately!

My buying experience was alright nothing amazing but also nothing wrong. Their service dept on the other hand has been absolutely outstanding. I honestly can't say enough they have been one of the most honest service dept Iv ever delt with.

This is the second auto I have purchase from James as my sales rep. I found the dealership to be very accommodating staying open well past closing to complete the purchase. They are not a high pressure sales dealership.

Had my HMI module replaced because that’s what the “specialists” diagnostic was the issue on why my radio was acting up. Over 1200 dollars later, still having same issues. Stealerships for sure! 1200 for nothing! Learned my lesson.

Louis and Bryan were extremely helpful in getting me in to my new Equinox. I was able to put a deposit down on an incoming vehicle while I waited on my insurance check. Louis was very communicative during this time and even ordered the floor/cargo mats that I asked for. Great teamwork!

North Branch Chevrolet was AWESOME for our transaction buying a used 2008 Corvette!!! Our Salesman Louis Sorrell did a great job of showing me the car with his phone and answering all my questions no matter how many times I bothered him. The sales department is amazing. They worked to get me the best financing. The service department manager does not care about customers. He's rude. Every time I deal with him he's arrogant. The customer doesn't come first in his eyes. They screwed up but made me feel I was in the wrong and didn't try working with me. I recommend buying a vehicle there just don't cross service department manager. He gets loud and frustrated when they screwed up

It was truly an incredible experience. I drove up from Roseville to look at a trailblazer, and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful. I will def consider North Branch Chevrolet in the future and will recommend others!

The gentleman that helped me when I got to the dealership was very nice and asked if I would like a car wash after the oil change. I told him sure that would be great. When I picked up my car they had not taken my car through the car wash. I also told him that I needed to set up an appointment to get the paint buffed out of my car door from last time I was in and the Lube Tech guy rammed my car door into the white truck next to where he parked my car. He talked to the Manager and he said since I had gotten there so early they would have time to take care of it that day. They did not buff the paint out of the door either. There was grease on my arm rest and steering wheel also. It was a little disappointing to say the least.
