I didn't see the doctor husband did. Place was clean but the nurses calling out patients didn't sound to happy. Husband was happy with doctor and said he would go back if needed.

Friday evening I learned I came down with covid after testing positive. Saturday morning when the clinic opens I call to speak with a nurse or doctor so I wouldn't have to go in and share it with others. I was told a nurse would call me back later that day and that they put an urgent priority message with it. By Saturday evening, no call. So, I called Sunday morning when they opened up, once again I'm told a nurse would call me back. No call, so I called after lunch asking to speak with a nurse. The gal transferred me to a nurse. I told her the situation but she said a nurse that works with covid would call me back after 5 pm. Nope, no call. By this time I'm running a 102 temp and very sick. Monday morning comes around, I call the clinic and get transferred to a nurse. Yay, it's the A team. Someone actually helped. When all I wanted was for someone to prescribe to me the paxlovid before the 5 day period was over. Ended up in the emergency room on day 5, just in time for the paxlovid to still work. Whatever you do, don't get sick with covid on the weekend. Urgent care is non existent at this location.

Now they changed the way you come in for urgent care. You have to put your name on a "list" to get registered. So, not only we wait for first come first serve, we have to wait to register for urgent care, yeah, NO THANKS!!!!
