Only reason I give 2 stars over 1 is because my oil change was very quick. Ive never been to Fisk before, but they had reasonable pricing. I also asked for an alignment. They get it up on the car lift..they tell me they can't do the alignment because it needs ball joints. I had a feeling that was incorrect.(My gut feeling) so I took it to TGK for a second opinion same day. Turns out my ball joints are completely fine and tight, and they can't find anything wrong with my Ball Joints. Please explain this to me to make sense. Thanks.

I had the best experience today! I had a flat tire, drove here on my spare, explained I was on my way out of town and needed a new tire. They worked me in with amazing customer service, got me a new set of tires and had me in and out in no time. I am so appreciative of the hard working staff at Fisk Tire!! Thank you!!

Had a great experience with getting an alignment. We have a truck that was in an accident and totaled. We repaired it to the best of our ability but the frame was still a little crunched. They were very up front about what they could and could not do. They even took me out to the shop and showed me (female) the issues and what they could do to make it drivable. They did not push me to make any expensive decisions in the moment. While waiting I saw them offer the same great customer service to everyone. They especially took time with the ladies to show them what was going on with their vehicles and not lay any high pressure, expensive sales pitch on them. This was truly a refreshing experience.This is a Pic of what they were able to align before the repairs.

My CRV back drivers tire had a leak. I found a nail on it. They could get me in a half hour later, but a very kind lady stepped up and said she doesn't need her car right away, that I could take her appointment which was right away. GOD BLESS HER! I thanked her for her kindness. I was traveling and had my young daughter with me. Great service as well! Thank You!!!!
