The lady from the beginning didn’t appear friendly. She then did not have the patience for my 4 year old son (who has NEVER had a problem in the past with haircuts) her approach and attitude made him feel uncomfortable and unsafe. She didn’t even give me a minute to talk to him about it, and kept interjecting. She took off his gown and said she wasn’t going to finish the cut before I could even say anything. It looked awful from the beginning, but after not being finished, it looked even worse. Awful experience.

They are always closed at random times. Like today the 22nd. Closed early. Google says open till 7. Hand written aign on door says closed at 5.

Kelly was excellent when I went in to get a haircut today. The service was good and I find the place to be well kept. No idea why people rated this location badly as I see nothing wrong with it. Service was great and I will definitely come back for another haircut in the future.
