Very nice store, very organized and the staff member Beth was so friendly. But all the staff seem to try to be as helpful as possible.

We found some cool items at reasonable prices but there were way too many overpriced items. I understand they help the community, but so does Shalom in Cambridge and they have extremely reasonable pricing on everything. There was a broken cooler for $50, about 10 pairs of used cowboy boots, none of them priced lower than $40 and a pair was $65!! Absolutely insane for a DONATED used pair of boots.. it’s a shame thrift stores are being so greedy lately. I also found a hammock stand priced at $125. There should be nothing at a thrift store priced over $50 in my opinion. To add to this, I found out they changed their perk system to a card. They couldn’t transfer the points from my old card. My old card you used to have to spend only $120 to receive $10. Now you have to spend $250 to receive $10..

I donate and shop here. The upcharge for donated items is gross. I will not shop or donate here anymore. I do like what you stand for and donate to but this is ridiculous. I'll go to the salvation army and donate.

Visited the store today (7/27/2023) and received wonderful customer service from Beth at checkout! She was very approachable and friendly. I would recommend visiting the store just to get the opportunity to chat with her!

Madison has horrible attitude and poor customer service. Rolling your eyes at a customer using change to pay is absolutely rude!

We shop all the pathway stores in two days about six times a year. This year when we drove our 4 1/2 hours to get to North branch, I was totally disappointed in the prices that you were charging for some things. Sorry. So many things I could go buy new for the price or go to a different Pathway or thrift store where the prices are more reasonable. But don’t get me wrong your staff is more then helpful and friendly. This is the first negative feedback I have ever wrote.

This is by far my favorite location to thrift in the North Branch area. The building itself is open and spacious and enjoyable to be in. There is a generous stream of donations coming in regularly, which makes for a fresh selection to browse each time we come. While some have complained about high prices, most items I have encountered are mostly priced fairly, especially considering this establishment goes to great lengths to give back to those in need within the community. I am willing to pay a touch more for that reason alone, though I have found so many items for quite a bargain! My kiddos also love this place. They would spend hours playing in the toy isle if I let them. The staff has always been pleasant. In short, I have been here dozens of times in the last few years and have nothing but positive experiences. 10/10 reccomend.
