“Had a great experience with getting an alignment. We have a truck that was in an accident and totaled. We repaired it to the best of our ability but the frame was still a little crunched. They were very up front about what they could and could not do. They even took me out to the shop and showed me (female) the issues and what they could do to make it drivable. They did not push me to make any expensive decisions in the moment. While waiting I saw them offer the same great customer service to everyone. They especially took time with the ladies to show them what was going on with their vehicles and not lay any high pressure, expensive sales pitch on them. “Thanks to Brian I didn't rip my motor apart to do timing that it didn't need. Plugged cat. Saved me alot of hell. He rebuilt a fuel line for me,custum. Pressed in all my bearing, & found I had bent rim that 4 other tire shops never noticed. Brian is very good at his job, he understands how things work unlike the new breed of mechanics coming up. They have no clue. He's trustworthy & not selling parts you don't need. Hard to find a good mech. Like Brian now days & that's why he so busy. If only we could clone him. I know westby wis. “Best customer service for any oil change business I have ever been to. They go above and Beyond any oil change business I have ever been to. They explain what they are doing and why. They are worth the drive. They don't try to charge for things you don't need. Very honest with integrityUPDATE: These folks back up their service (especially owner). I have gone here a few times. A few months ago I went in for my oil change at the time their window sticker recommended from my previous oil change. They couldn't get the oil pan plug off. The bolt was stripped. The employees said they hadn't done the last oil change because they wouldn't have stripped plug. I showed them the sticker of theirs in the window. So, they called the owner and he arranged to have me come the next day to drill out the plug, refill oil and filter. After the job was done, the owner showed me the old oil filter and it wasn't their brand so it couldn't have been the doing the last oil change. He didn't charge me anything for this extensive procedure. This has puzzled me since. It recently dawned on me that my regular mechanic of 30 years had done other engine work but I hadn't requested an oil change from him. . I reminded him of this and he didn't remember changing oil but remembered the job (he has an ancient "records filing system"). Knowing my old mechanic friend would sometimes "throw in" little perks as we've done so much business with him over the years.My point is this owner at Victory Lane is the real deal for customer satisfaction even if the customer is wrong but there is conflicting evidences. “My experience at Anderson & Koch has been nothing short of awesome. I had a vehicle that was diagnosed with issues resulting in the need for an engine replacement. I had a warranty through Mopar on my Ford vehicle and the warranty company was terrible to deal with in every respect. It is one of the rare true family owned dealerships left so support that every chance you can.Mark Young and Tyler in the service department stuck with it and put in so much extra time in order to have the coverage from the warranty plan pay for the repairs. (Side note - be vary careful on the Mopar Vehicle Protection plan/warranty that is sold at Chrysler dealerships for any used vehicle they have as that company does nothing but delay, ignore and seems to be set up so as to not help you as a customer)”
