“Been going here for oil changes and now tires, for almost 2 years. Great service every time, never had any issues. Work has always been great, techs sure sound like they have fun while working, the laughter can be heard now and again while in the waiting room. Oil change is priced to what one would expect for full sync. Looks to be able to get almost any tire and they take the Goodyear card for the rebates when they are up. Front desk staff is always friendly and gives decent advice on simple car questions. Great local bussiness.”

Once there, provided me with alternative which was less expensive and I could do on my own. Which I greatly appreciated. Appreciate it the honesty, and looking for ways to save me money. “I unfortunately had my car damaged (while parked) in a parking lot and had to shop around for repair shops. I called all over the metro and north of the cities to find a place to get an estimate fast. I was distressed as most places only preformed online estimates or you had to schedule days to weeks out to get one in person. Since I have found Anderson Koch’s auto servicing of my F150 very good, I took a chance and called their onsite collision center. The friendliest employees, Kim, answered and said, "yes, come in anytime and I will write up a quote while you wait." I immediately drove from the cities there. Kim wrote up the quote, discussed options, and even identified damage other collision estimate writers missed. Throughout the process the responsible party's insurance was anything but responsive. However, Kim, Cindy, and the manager Alex kept on them for me. We got the repair done and I truly could not be happier with the experience and quality of work! I am deeply grateful to Kim, Cindy, and Alex for making a difficult situation much, much better!”

“Thanks to Brian I didn't rip my motor apart to do timing that it didn't need. Plugged cat. Saved me alot of hell. He rebuilt a fuel line for me,custum. Pressed in all my bearing, & found I had bent rim that 4 other tire shops never noticed. Brian is very good at his job, he understands how things work unlike the new breed of mechanics coming up. They have no clue. He's trustworthy & not selling parts you don't need. Hard to find a good mech. Like Brian now days & that's why he so busy. If only we could clone him. I know westby wis. Needs one. ThanksBrian. My focus was looking scared when i started ripping it apart. Landlords getting ready to evict me if car left apart over nite. April relayed your mes.thats what it was. “Very good outfit. They did a rotation on my MCI bus and did an excellent job. At least so far. When they went to balance the steers they weren't satisfied with one after 1st try. Rather than load up rim with weights they actually remounted it in a different rim position. It was a good move. It turned out nearly balanced and only took a couple little weights. I was impressed.”
