I bought a Ford Flex 3.5L EcoBoost from a private party, and the previous owner had been told by an independent shop that the water pump was leaking out of the weep hole.So, I took it to Anderson & Koch Ford in North Branch to get the water pump replaced (it has an internal timing-chain-driven water pump that requires the engine to be removed for it to be replaced). While they had the front cover off, I had planned for all of the timing components to be replaced as well. I expected a bill of around $4,000. Well, the tech at Anderson & Koch pressure tested the coolant system and discovered that it wasn't the water pump that was leaking. Instead, it was a $2 heater core clamp. Their honesty in this situation is difficult to find and is not lost on me. I appreciate it so much. Thank you.

On our way north in my F150 a thumping-rubbing noise started. We turned around and went back to Anderson Koch. We were told at first it would be a couple hours before they could even look at it. We were debating what to do when Doug (the tech) said he would look at it. We took a drive around the parking lot and he heard the noise too. We went inside and he said he would get somebody to look at it if we gave him a little time. A short time later he came with the news it was in the rear differential. The problem was it was Wednesday and we had to get to northern Wisconsin but they didn’t have a loaner car and the truck wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Then Doug thought the collision center had a loaner car. He left then returned with the good news that he had a car. We were back on the road with maybe a 2 hour delay. A big thank you and shout out to Doug and all the staff at Anderson Koch for providing excellent customer service!

Everyone at Anderson and Koch were nothing but helpful during the car buying process. Tony helped me test drive some Escapes in the summer never pressured me into buying. He just gave me his card and said to call him if I had any questions about different models or was ready to buy. Few months past I called him up and gave him a pretty tall order. It was a Saturday and I wanted to have my car bought and signed for by Tuesday the latest. The hardest part was they didn’t have the model I wanted. So Tony did a wide search for exactly what I wanted and got it done. He even came in on his day off to make sure that I hit my deadline. This is my second car I have bought from here and both have been amazing experiences. I highly recommend Tony and the whole team at Anderson and Koch.

I purchased a Tahoe at this dealership a few months ago and also invested in a warranty plan. When I scheduled my car for service, I dropped it off on a Monday, expecting a smooth process. However, the real nightmare began with a complete lack of communication. I understand they’re busy and didn’t expect an immediate resolution, I just wanted to be responded so I can plan accordingly. Isn’t that reasonable?When I inquired about my car's status on Thursday, I was told that “the mechanic designated to service my vehicle called in sick, but was back in and they would call me back with updates”. That never happened. Now, here it is Saturday, and I'm still without my car, and found out it hasn't even been touched by a mechanic yet with no notes.This experience has been frustrating and ridiculous. The dealership's utter lack of communication and failure to fulfill their promises have severely eroded my trust in them. I cannot recommend buying a vehicle here in the future or having your car serviced at this establishment.

This was the easiest car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I walked in at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon they close at six and they had me out of there by 6:30 and the guys were a delight even though we were late and kind of after hours I truly appreciate their service!

I called and left a complaint at the service desk. The technician that worked on my truck was a pig. I asked service to never let that technician work on my truck again. There were grease prints on the outside and inside. Not sure if my tires were rotated correctly. From what I can tell I have 2 front tires on the right side a 2 rear tires on the left side. When I left and got a 3rd of the way home my tire pressure warning came on showing I had a low right rear tire. None of the tires were set to the correct pressure but the inspection sheet showed they were set to correct pressure. Also had the DEF topped off. It was overfilled and was smeared on the side of the truck. This is my first bad experience with you.

This was my 1st time at Anderson & Koch Ford. I live in the area but have always used a dealership in the cities because that is where my husband is from and we have always just used them. Until now! My 16 year old son just bought a used car and after he bought it the latch on the back door wouldn’t latch. I looked up how to fix it and noticed that there was a recall on the door latch. Instead of driving all the way to the cities I decided to call a dealer closer, Anderson & Koch Ford, and I’m so glad I did! Their service and staff was top notch. I will be using Anderson & Koch Ford from now on. Thank you for taking care of us.

Purchased truck because of the price and what I was looking for at the time. They fixed the non working cruise control and the #4 glow plug. Both work well.The only thing is that I don't know if the oil was changed. Shop says it was. There's no sticker, stating next change due, on the window, under the hood or on the driver door. I will spend $150 to change oil and filter on the 6.4l v8 diesel. I don't mind doing it.9-26-2023, check the oil level, over the max level by a half inch. Oil not changed recently.Tony and all the other people are all friendly and talk to you. Shop service writers will talk and explain what was done. Didn't get to talk to mechanics, they are all busy. When I went to look at the truck, I was there for less than 1 hour. Picked up the truck on Saturday and took less than 1.5 hours. One of the best experiences I've had in any dealership. Would recommend buying a vehicle from them.
