The Chocolate Ox is a must for ice cream and candy, offering excellent options and huge portions. The ice cream is considered some of the best, with a very good, super fun, and cute atmosphere. The patio is cute, but there is only a handful of places to sit, mostly plastic tables, so many walk around the grounds or to the nearby beach. The staff are extremely polite, quiet, helpful, patient, and fair. They offer a wide variety, including amazing licorice chip and other flavors like Pirates Booty and Moose Tracks. A single split offers two types for the price of one. They also sell excellent homemade fudge, lots of candy, and other items like hats. It is a nice walk from local resorts, with fair prices for the amount received.
Good ice cream options. Go for the kid size b/c it's as big as a single or even a double at other ice cream shops. Could use more seating, so we ended up walking around the grounds, which worked.
