“We have had a post office box here for years. After we bought our house we decided to keep our PO box instead because it's just easier for us and we don't have to worry about our mail. There have been some recent changes to staff but prior to that they knew our box number and if they saw me walk in would have my package waiting before I even got to the window.”

“Computer's down. And unable to purchase stamps and cards that I wanted. Staff came out in hall way to post sign and told me. I said I needed to pick up a pkg. Was told I had to wait till 8:30am when they opened. It was 8:15 am . I left. I had to go to work.”
