Showed up today to buy a part. 12:01 Sunday 7/28/24. Store shows that they are open until 4. Two employees walking around inside. Both doors locked. One of the employees opens the employee entrance door and says they’re closed. Terrible business practice. Never shopping at this Napa.

Not a great Napa auto, I wouldn't use it again as I ordered over 300 dollars in parts, and they didn't get them to me when I was told I would have them. I was never contacted. I had to call to find that information out.

The staff is great. Has been very helpful the last few years, unlike previously under the Lynn Co.
NAPA typically carries the better quality parts available when that matters, which is most of the time. Good oil pricing and overall selection of parts.

Lots of options and products. Not very friendly or eager to help staff.
Edit:got home and found 1 wiper was in the wrong box and wrong size. For the other wipers (purchased for 2 cars) the sales person looked up and told me the wrong size !! Very frustrating.

I returned products to this store. The returnwas not processed correctly and I was not receiving my $26 refund. The person at the front desk told me that I'm not welcome inthe building you basically stole money from me.. Hmm

They had what I needed and other stores didn’t, that’s why they get 3 stars. But the customer service is terrible. I went up to the counter, the guy at the counter didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Very strange. I had to say “Am I standing in the right place?” in order for him to say something. Strange. Strange. Strange. It’s really unacceptable.

Twenty plus years I've been getting a nice discount on parts from NAPA at all stores which to me is a bonus for going to the best part stores out of all the chain stores. That's because my car club membership. Except this store. I knew the price of the part because my regular store didn't have it in stock. Didn't get anything off here. I'll wait for the part to be ordered before I go out of my way to this one.

Horrendous experience trying to simply get some motor oil. 3+ rounds of stopping into the store and another round of phone calls, being given dates when it would be available for pickup at the store, and still nothing. Going on 1.5 months now and had zero luck. My last phone call the guy seemed to have no idea what product he was even looking for, and he actually hung up on me while I was quietly and patiently waiting for him to check on availability. Gave up on these clowns and trying the Hastings store instead.

I needed help finding a particular part. And admittedly, working on my vehicle is not really in my wheelhouse.When I went in and asked for help, the kid behind the counter directed me to an aisle. I went. I looked. But there were hundreds of different types of this part and I wasn't sure which one. When I asked for help trying to narrow down which one he said he didn't know. No joke. That was it.I admit, I became frustrated and asked if there was someone who could actually help. He went and retrieved someone else.Now this person was solid. He explained the differences in the different parts. He matched the right part and gave me solid advice (that I used).If you're going to this location, and are like me (not a mechanic), pray you don't get the first kid.I hope this helps. Cheers!
