I recently took my 2016 Dodge Journey here for a variety of issues. The guys at Master Tech Auto were all great. They fixed my car and all its issues and for a great price! As a single mom who doesn’t know anything about cars, I have been nervous about taking my car anywhere because I don’t want to get ripped off or taken advantage of. I was so relieved to finally found a place to take my car to and I don’t have to worry anymore! They explained everything wrong with my car and even let me go back in the shop to show me one of the parts that had fallen off that was causing so much noise! It reminded me of my dad’s mechanic shop back home. I highly recommend this place. ☺️Services: Tires

Brought my vehicle here 3 times now. Been very happy with the quality of service and pricing each time.In fact, just recently had my Chrysler in there to have a CV Joint worked on last week. They had it in and out same day. Few days later when I went to drive it, I then had a odd grinding noise in the area where they worked on the car. Dropped it off over the weekend, and Monday morning within an hour of them opening I had them call me stating they addressed the issue immediately and it was ready to go.Could not have been more impressed with how they showed such urgency and how they stood for their work in this situation. I am thankful for what they stand for and there is no question this will be my auto shop for all my future issues.

$1,500 for a used car inspection and brakes (caliper needed replacing too) and when I asked the guy what the check engine light was for he said, "I don't know" but he assured us that everything else was good. $1,500 is 75% of what I make in an 80 hour paycheck, but I guess that doesn't warrant the 30 seconds required to plug in a reader.I used to swear by this shop, I don't know if it's new management or what, but now I'll tell everyone otherwise.Edit and update: got a call from the shop about this review. The guy stands behind their work (they did good work, I'm mad about what they didn't do). Frankly the idea of a "used car inspection" implies you're gonna tell me what I need to know about this vehicle, not checking the code is just pure laziness

Kevin went above and beyond at every level, before I even asked them to do the work, I love this man!My car was ready in just a couple of hours, Joe shuttled me back and forth to home, and also found out his Dad from my Dads hometown in a tiny town in WI …too cool!My car is running how it used to, and these good men saved me a couple of hundred dollars in the process.
